Do your cleaners bring supplies?
Yes. Cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you’d like us to use specific products, leave them out and mention it when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers share a door code or lockbox. Tell us the entry instructions when you book, and we’ll text you when the cleaner arrives and when they finish.
How do payments work?
A small deposit holds your time. You pay the balance by card or Zelle after the clean is done and you’ve seen the photos.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours. If it was on our checklist, we come back and fix it free.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours may forfeit the deposit, because your cleaner has already set that time aside.
Do you clean with pets in the home?
Absolutely. Just let us know about pets when you book so your cleaner is prepared.
Who are your cleaners?
Experienced independent cleaners we vet ourselves: ID check, references, and a trial job before they work in a customer’s home. We match you with the same cleaner for repeat visits whenever we can.
